This Privacy Policy explains how MT5ForexVPS.com ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our Forex VPS hosting service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and hashed password.
• Billing data: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Service data: the VPS instances you order, their IP addresses and status, and support correspondence.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use your data

• To provision, operate and support your VPS.
• To process payments and send billing and renewal notices.
• To secure our platform and detect abuse.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not access the contents of your VPS or your trading data except when you explicitly request support and grant access, or where required to protect the integrity of our platform.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to deliver the service — including our data-center and payment provider. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.

5. Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. When a VPS is terminated, its data is deleted after a short grace period.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed credentials, network hardening and DDoS mitigation to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
