Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forex VPS hosting services provided by MT5ForexVPS.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account or ordering a VPS, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

We provide virtual private servers (VPS) optimized for MetaTrader 4/5 and automated trading. Each VPS includes a dedicated public IP, preinstalled MetaTrader, and self-service management via your dashboard. We target 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam, run port scans, or launch attacks against third parties.
  • Host illegal content or infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to compromise the hypervisor, other tenants, or our network.
  • Resell the service without a written agreement.

You are solely responsible for the software you run, including Expert Advisors, and for compliance with your broker's terms and applicable law.

3. Billing & renewals

Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. A VPS that is not renewed by its expiry date may be suspended and, after a grace period, terminated along with its data.

4. Refunds

Because each VPS is provisioned with dedicated resources and a dedicated IP, fees are generally non-refundable once a server is deployed. If provisioning fails on our side and we cannot deliver a working VPS, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Data & backups

You are responsible for backing up your own data and trading configurations. Snapshots are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for off-server backups.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or for violations of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
